FAQ

  • How long will shipping take? We always strive to provide great products at the lowest prices possible to our customers. Our shipping time is typically 8-20 days, this may be longer than what some are used to, but this is one way we can keep our product costs low. We can assure you that every order that is placed will be delivered or your money back! 
  • Refunds and Exchanges: If you are unsatisfied with your order, please send us an email at debhastings.tx@gmail.com and let us know how we can make it right. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 1 week after delivery. When requesting a refund or exchange, please be sure to include a brief description of the problem, and pictures or evidence to support the request, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
  • Product Sizes and Variations: We work diligently to ensure that we offer the most broad range of options and sizes for our various product selections. However, we generally cannot fulfill requests for custom ring sizes or sizes/options that are not listed on the product description. Because we produce many units at a time, we are able to offer our products at a discounted rate, but we also may be limited in options. 
  • Payment Processing: We accept various forms of payment include Credit/Debit Cards from Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept Paypal.
  • Information Security: Shop With Deb Hastings does not store or share your information including payment information, credit card information, name, address, or email address with any third-party. Email addresses are only saved should you decide to opt-in for our mailing list to received discount codes and new product offerings. All transactions are secured with strong SSL encryption that ensures that your information is safe and you purchase is protected.
