Our shipping time is typically 8-20 days, this may be longer than what some are used to, but this is one way we can keep our product costs low. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 1 week after delivery. When requesting a refund or exchange, please be sure to include a brief description of the problem, and pictures or evidence to support the request, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
- Product Sizes and Variations: We work diligently to ensure that we offer the most broad range of options and sizes for our various product selections. However, we generally cannot fulfill requests for custom ring sizes or sizes/options that are not listed on the product description. Because we produce many units at a time, we are able to offer our products at a discounted rate, but we also may be limited in options.
